A reliable option in the harsh industrial environments

That’s why we are now happy to re-introduce an old acquaintance: the LS5-II. Living by the mantra of “tough when it gets rough”, it will serve as a reliable option in the harsh industrial environments. Through its rotating movements, it is able to operate with minimum maintenance even in the most dusty surroundings.

Product specifications

Apart from a new updated CPU, the LS5-II is identical to its predecessor and you can expect the same high performance and reliability. Note that the LS5-II will only work with backwards-compatible software in the CVC700 and will therefore not benefit from future updates. The sensor is therefore mainly recommended as a spare part option for running AGV installations or in special environments where the LS2000 is not a viable option

Product specifications of LS5-II include:

  • Reliable operation in dusty industrial environments with minimum maintenance.
  • Best-in-class measurement accuracy: down to 1 mrad angular resolution.
  • Signal processing capabilities to distinguish false reflections from actual reflectors.
  • Support for flat or round reflectors. Available in two versions; LS5-II F for flat reflectors and LS5-II R for cylindrical reflectors.
  • Compatible with CVC600 and CVC700 (SW version: 46163).
